Common Items Landlords Overlook: Stock Your Rental Right

When preparing your rental property for tenants, it's easy to overlook small but essential household items that can make a big difference in their experience. Over the past three years and several stays, we've noticed common items missing from multiple rentals that could have saved us time, effort, and frustration. From kitchen tools to bathroom essentials, these are items landlords often forget to stock. Before you list your property, take a moment to review this list to ensure your rental is fully equipped to meet your tenants’ needs and provide a hassle-free stay.
